Milan Fashion Week Review

Milan Fashion Week Review

With the fashion shows and festivities complete, it's time to review our favorite brands from Milan Fashion Week.

Since Dolce & Gabana and Versace have such a big presence in the city, it was expected that their shows would be extravagant.  Dolce & Gabana had everyone talking about their brilliant red suits and Versace dazzled the attendees with amazing white pieces.

Two of our favorite shows were Canali and Frankie Morello. Canali brought a twist to classic pieces with great cuts, styles and fabrics. They accented the looks with a variety of classic leather bags. Frankie Morello took an edgier route with a live performance during the show that displayed "Make Art Not War" on stage. Morello's collection was detailed with a variety of beautifully patterned pieces.

We are also really excited about some up and coming brands like Julian Zigerli, Tom Rebel and Ermanno Scervino. Everyone put on strong performances and we're really excited to see how these new brands develop.

Overall, we had a great week in Milan and are really excited about this year's trends. Take a look at our favorite photos from MFW above.
